Cats of Wisconsin Society (COWS) – CFA club in Wisconsin (yes, acronym “COWS”)

Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control (MADACC Cats) – The primary intake shelter for Milwaukee County, with a high-volume cat adoption program and strong partnerships with local rescues to transfer and save cats. Organizes community cat (TNR) efforts in the county.

Oshkosh Area Humane Society (Cats) – Progressive humane society in Oshkosh, WI with an innovative shelter housing (cats in “colony” rooms) and a no-time-limit adoption policy. Active TNR assistance and barn cat rehoming as well.
