Help Every Little Paw (H.E.L.P.) – Animal rescue in Huntington, WV heavily focused on cats. Entirely foster-based, it rescues cats from local shelters and streets, providing medical care and adoption placements.

Mountaineer Spay Neuter Assistance Program (M-SNAP) – WV organization that subsidizes spay/neuter for cats (and dogs) to reduce overpopulation. While not an adoption agency, it’s vital for managing WV’s stray cat populations via TNR and low-cost spay/neuter.
